New character classes, character sub-classes, very challenging, many FOEs to take on, tricky bosses, many side quests, can forge equipment to add new effects, new map making options, can explore the labyrinth and the surrounding ocean and there are multiplayer battles.
Incredibly difficult if you don’t handle situations strategically, which may turn off some players. Multiplayer is disappointing since it’s such a niche title.
Still tough as nails, Excellent new & updated classes, combat is better than ever and executes more quickly, challenge level feels fair throughout, core game mechanics are still fresh and fun
