Amazing display, Compact body, Packs power
Average battery life (QHD+), Adaptive Brightness, Fingerprints easily
Obviously we didn't get to test the Dell XPS 13 out in the wild or give all of its features a thorough run-through but in our limited time with the new ultrabook we were certainly impressed. The minimal design and lack of stickers around the keyboard
Very good casing quality, Very good system performance, Good mobility traits, Low emissions in little load, Backlit keyboard, High-capacity and fast solid state drive, Good battery life
Few interfaces, Limited upgradeability, Unusual keyboard, Loud operating noise in load, Reflective and viewing angle dependent screen, Dimmed screen brightness on battery

Resumen: You might remember my review of the Dell XPS 15z a short while back and how I said Dell clearly borrowed some inspiration from the Apple MacBook Pro. Well, the Dell XPS 13 is much the same, except it is targeting more of the MacBook Air crowd....

Resumen: Lately I've been changing things up a bit. For several months I used a little Lenovo ThinkPad X220 running Windows 7 and had a great experience -- it felt rock solid and responsive, with fantastic battery life. Then I switched to a ...
Excellent performance for an ultrabook, Durable Gorilla glass screen, Thin, stylish design with good battery life
Glossy Gorilla glass screen creates glare and reflections, No SD card slot, Heavier than expected ... but still lightweight
After spending some time with the Dell XPS 13 we were left with the feeling that this is actually a reasonable alternative to a MacBook Air. Yes, if you buy the XPS 13 you have to live without Apple's operating system and you have to settle for a less-tha...
Lovely design with great portability (and a carbon fiber undercarriage). Solid performance numbers compared to the competition. Better keyboard than most ultrabooks
Touchpad performs well as long as you don't have to click on anything. Light on ports (and no SD card slot). Rather loud fan (but it only kicks in under heavy load). Wouldn't mind a resolution upgrade
The design turns heads with distinctive looks and the thinnest chassis we've seen on an ultrabook
The display has relatively low resolution and poor color accuracy
In a less crowded category, the Acer Aspire S7-393-7451 would stand out because it has the thinnest design in the category and a fine selection of ports and features. Unfortunately, the display is less than impressive and the overall performance lags some...
