  • Excellent GSM RF performance, Solid feel, Excellent screen, Excellent keyboard.
  • Only has a 200Mhz processor, Nonstandard headphone jack, EDGE only (no UMTS or HSDPA).
  • The Wing has some big shoes to fill. Its predecessor, the MDA was enormously popular. Can the Wing fly like its elder, or will it crash into the ground like a buzzard?Read on for the full review!

  • Resumen:  It was only about 18 months, but it seemed as if the had been on the market for an eternity. The MDA was an okay handset, but a slow processor and poor voice reception limited its appeal. The new T-Mobile Wing, the MDAs replacement, packs in many not...

  Publicación: 2007-05-22, crítica de: mobiletechreview.com

  • Resumen:  The Wing is the follow-up to the popular but now aging T-Mobile MDA that was released in February 2006. Keeping the same basic design with QWERTY side-slideout keyboard that made the MDA so popular, the Wing refines a good thing by reducing thickness,...

  • Slimmer design than T-Mobile MDA, Runs WM6, Wi-Fi connectivity, Terrific battery life
  • No 3G support, Echoey call quality, Flat QWERTY keys, Lackluster 2-MP camera

  • Clean design. Good reception. Very bright touch screen. Works over Wi-Fi or EDGE.
  • Same slow processor as the MDA.
  • Its a solid smartphone in its own right, but the T-Mobile Wing really needed a CPU bump....

  • Attractive design. Nice new tweaks to Windows Mobile. Comfortable keypad. Good performance as a Web browser. Preloaded e-mail settings.
  • Wi-Fi doesnt replace slower EDGE networking. System still a bit buggy, we had quite a few crashes. Still lots of menus in WM6.
  • We think the Wing is one of the most appealing Windows Mobile smartphones yet, even more appealing that the slim slabs like the BlackJack and the Motorola Q. The keys are more comfortable, the screen is much larger, and the entire design feels solid ...

  • Thinner than most keyboard slider phones, Smooth rubbery blue skin, Slideout keyboard with big buttons, Great added software from TMobile, 802.11b/g WiFi, Windows Mobile 6 Professional
  • 201Mhz TI OMAP850 processor can be slow, Not enough program memory for all that Windows Mobile 6 offers, Buggy Windows Live applications, No more Email Triggers support, No 3G UMTS/HSDPA, No built in GPS
  • While the technical specifications for the T-Mobile Wing are not much different than the old T-Mobile MDA that it replaces, you really cant get any other Windows Mobile 6 Professional device in North America today. Though the new thinness and grea...

  • The T-Mobile Wing smart phone runs Windows Mobile 6 Professional Edition and has integrated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. It sports a revamped design with a slide-out full QWERTY keyboard, and it offers a 2-megapixel camera and good call quality.
  • The Wing is on the heavier side and is sometimes sluggish when numerous apps are in use. Without the backing of a 3G network, Web browsing and data speeds are on the slower side when compared with the competition.
  • With the addition of Windows Mobile 6, the T-Mobile Wing adds a powerful smart phone to the carriers lineup; however, performance falls a bit short of the competition.
