It's fast, slim and has an excellent screen. Because of its slimness it gets away with that large screen (and remains pocketable). I'd highly recommend it – particularly if you can get it for a good price !...

Resumen: HTC and Samsung have been duelling for the top position in Android phones for the last year or more. With the Galaxy S II, its first dual-core smartphone, Samsung has set the bar very high indeed. Before you even switch it on, the S II looks like a winner....
The Samsung Galaxy S II features one of the best screens available on a smartphone. At 4.2 inches, it's large enough to consume media content with ease, and it's also pin-sharp. Samsung has used AMOLED technology to produce stunning colour reproduction, with vivid hues and deep blacks on offer. The Galaxy S II is also the fastest smartphone we've had the pleasure of using, with the Gingerbread ve
There's very little to dislike about the Samsung Galaxy S II. The huge screen and skinny casing can make it slightly awkward to hold, and the Android OS gets some slightly useless additions from Samsung, but both of these points are minor niggles.

Resumen: Samsung€s Galaxy S II has remained faithful to the original, but despite the improvements under the hood, can such a simple design still ignite the same level of passion? From zero to four in a matter of months, there are already some very tough choices to...
One of the first things I noticed about the Samsung Galaxy S II when I picked it up was just how light it is. It weighs only 119g and is incredibly slim, at 8.49mm thick. This is pretty impressive, considering the spec of the phone. The Galaxy S II boas...
Light as a feather, fast internet, great text input, clear screen, reasonable battery life
Expensive, fragile back cover
This Samsung Galaxy S II is an excellent device that builds on the strength of its predecessor. We think this is one of the best phones on the market and, despite its cost, it beats the HTC Sensation thanks to the hardware....
Dazzling screen but still very usable/Great camera, Generally respsonive with very smooth navigation, Fullyfeatured media player/Amazing mobile web experience, TouchWiz 4 interface adds a lot to Android 2.3, Thin, light and powerful / Kies Air app
Screen not very bright and doesn't reproduce colours accurately, MHL convertor for HDMI ports not included, Still entirely plastic, Yet another iPhone clone, TouchWiz not for everybody
The Galaxy S already had a lot going for it, but Samsung's second generation of the smartphone is very much a product of its time. The Galaxy S II is incredibly powerful but surprisingly thin and light at the same time. Our biggest disappointment was t...
